For 4 people
½ black radish
20 pink radishes
2 peeled onions
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 organic lime
Cilantro (coriander) and parsleyWash and thinly slice the radishes.
Cut the onion in tiny pieces.
Pour the canola oil, salt, pepper, organic lime juice, parsley and cilantro in a bowl.
Mix delicately, and the sauce is ready!
Arrange the radish slices on the pretty tray and pour the sauce on top.
